Genuine Crankcase Solo 644 651 chainsaw 21 00 622

The part is from Solo 644. The part is used. Cleaned.

Part number is 21 00 622. 

The original round opening for the switch has been removed. The housing has been modified to accommodate a standard square switch instead of the original switch, which was mounted through the opening.

The guide bar bolt was custom-made because the previous owner had installed an M10 bolt. It has now been restored to M8 size and secured with a nut on the oil tank side for added reliability. Videos of the repair are available on YouTube and Facebook.

The muffler mounting bolts are different and have different thread pitches. See pictures.

IMPORTANT COMPATIBILITY NOTICE:

This crankcase is a PVL type and is compatible only with PVL ignition modules and flywheels. It is not compatible with and will not work with Phelon systems. Before purchasing, please make sure that your chainsaw is equipped with a PVL system.
